Heritage Club Dharohar

Students of GD SalwanPublc School presented a musical play on the life of Buddha; highlighting – the evolution of his thoughts and his triumphs. It was a mesmerizing performance by the students and a moment of pride for the parents ,teachers and staff to see the initiative taken by the students in displaying their acting and dancing skills. It not only  showcase the beautiful dances along with an enthralling  light and music show but also the values of love and peace for humanity promoted by Buddha. This activity was an endeavor of the students to pay tribute to their rich cultural heritage .

                                                             Meaningful Visit : Historical monuments vs Amusement Parks­/shopping complexes.                                                                   An inter house debate competition was organized at GD Salwan Public School to sensitize the students about the relevance of historical monuments. The topic of the debate was Meaningful Visit : Historical monuments vs Amusement Parks­/shopping complexes.  Under this activity students of different houses presented their views and tried to aware and sensitize the audience about historical monuments; a place of  country’s pride and duty of every citizen to protect and conserve their rich cultural heritage.
